The fine print, up front
Every recurring plan begins with a one-time deep clean (from $199, based on home size and condition). It resets the home to our baseline — grout, appliance interiors, baseboards — so your recurring visits maintain a clean house instead of chasing an old mess. Recurring rates assume that baseline.
You get one assigned cleaner — a background-checked, W-2 Pristine employee — who learns your home, your products, and your preferences. If they're out sick or on vacation, we tell you before the visit and send a briefed teammate, or reschedule if you'd rather wait. No revolving door of strangers.
Life happens. Skip or move any visit with 24 hours' notice at no charge — text, call, or reply to your reminder email. Under 24 hours, a $40 late-change fee applies. Skipping more than two consecutive visits may bump your next clean to the deep-clean rate, since buildup returns fast.
The rates shown are for homes up to 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms in average condition — the same baseline as our one-time pricing. Larger homes get an exact flat quote before your first visit, and that number doesn't drift. Recurring clients keep their rate for a full year, minimum.

Usually yes, but not always. If your home has been professionally cleaned within the last month, send us a photo walkthrough or book a quick in-home estimate and we'll often waive it. Otherwise the deep clean is what makes the recurring rate honest — without the reset, every visit runs long.
